Diane T.

A leader in transdisciplinary model of healthcare delivery, Diane has extensive expertise in arthritis care, chronic disease management and clinical research. As the Steering Committee Co-chair, Diane collaborated with rheumatologists, patients and arthritis professionals, and secured Ministry of Health funding to establish the CArE program in 2021. In addition, she has held the role of Research Site Coordinator and sat on the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Canadian Early Arthritis Cohort Study (CATCH) since 2010.

Diane received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from University of Toronto in 1996 and completed the Master of Science in Community Health program, University of Toronto, Dalla Lana School of Public Health in 2023. Diane is a lifelong learner and continues to expand her clinical expertise in chronic disease management and facilitate the knowledge and skill development of her teammates. She is passionate about health profession education and works tirelessly to create an optimal learning environment for both clinician learners as well as patients and family.

Diane will be leading the CArE team through innovation in care delivery, leadership, positive clinical outcomes, and embedded research, while strengthening external relationships and collaboration.
