Inflammatory Arthritis Education

Inflammatory Arthritis Program

Early assessment and treatment are essential for achieving the best outcomes in inflammatory arthritis. Our program combines clinical expertise with patient education and ongoing disease management to help individuals better understand their condition, manage symptoms, and reduce the risk of long-term joint damage.

Participants receive evidence-based information and practical strategies to support lifelong disease management.

Family & Caregiver Support

Living with arthritis affects more than just the individual—it can also impact family members and caregivers. At CArE, we recognize the important role care partners play in supporting treatment, encouraging healthy lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their condition over the long term.

Where appropriate, family members and caregivers are encouraged to participate in educational workshops and appointments to better understand arthritis, treatment options, and practical self-management strategies. By working together, patients and their care partners can make informed decisions, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to support better health outcomes.

Our goal is to empower both patients and caregivers with the knowledge and resources to help reduce symptoms, maintain independence, and improve quality of life.
