The Centre of Arthritis Excellence (CArE) provides comprehensive, specialized arthritis care for individuals living with arthritis and related musculoskeletal conditions. Through an innovative community-based model of care, our interprofessional team delivers evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and long-term disease management tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Our interprofessional team brings together rheumatologists and allied health professionals who work collaboratively to develop personalized care plans. Through evidence-based assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and self-management strategies, we help patients reduce pain, improve function, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.
