    CArE at the 2026 AFHTO Conference

    CArE was pleased to participate in the 2026 Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO) Conference, held October 15–16. The conference brought together healthcare leaders, clinicians and organizations from across Ontario to share ideas, explore innovations and discuss opportunities to strengthen team-based primary care. It was a great opportunity for our team to connect with colleagues, exchange ideas and explore ways to enhance the care and services we provide to people living with arthritis.

  • CArE Team Calibration Day

    CArE Team Calibration Day

    Our clinical team recently came together for a Calibration Day focused on strengthening consistency and collaboration in the assessment of inflammatory arthritis.

    Working alongside patient volunteers, our physicians and interprofessional health professionals practiced and compared key clinical assessments used to measure disease activity, including swollen joint counts. The session provided an opportunity to align our clinical approaches, learn from one another, and continuously improve our skills as an interprofessional team.

    A big thank you to our patient volunteers and team members who helped make the day possible.
